Tasting Notes:
San Dordi reveals a luminous golden hue in the glass. The bouquet brings forth ripe fruit notes, with aromas of peach, apple, and apricot, accompanied by a subtle touch of honeycomb. On the palate, it is warm, powerful, yet harmonious, delivering a full-bodied and balanced flavor.
Winemaking Process:
Harvested in early October, the grapes undergo a maceration period of 4-5 days in contact with the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees for an extended period, enhancing its depth and complexity. Following this, it is aged for 9 months in the bottle before release.
Perfect For:
Ideal for pairing with rich seafood dishes, roasted poultry, or even creamy cheeses. Its bold structure and harmonious character make it an excellent choice for dishes with complexity and texture.
