Winemaking Process:
Crafted from a selection of Sangiovese grapes sourced from the “Profeti” and “Magra” vineyards, the grapes are hand-harvested and immediately destemmed upon arrival at the cellar. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, utilizing indigenous yeasts, and maceration lasts about 10 days. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 12 months in second and third passage wooden barrels, followed by a minimum of 4 months in the bottle.
