Winemaking Process:

The wine is crafted from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures in stainless steel containers with selected yeasts. After fermentation, it undergoes aging for 12 months in French oak barriques, with 50% being new and 50% second passage, enhancing its complexity and allowing the vibrant fruit character to shine.
